What businesses ask us.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set Dayble up for you. Later you only use the admin area, much like an app. If you have questions, we are here for you.
Is there a commission per guest?
No. You pay the setup once and the care monthly, regardless of how many guests book through Dayble. The first 60 days are free.
Who owns the guest data?
You do. Guests, newsletter list and reservations are stored in your own installation. You can export everything as CSV at any time.
Can guests share requests or allergies?
Yes. The booking form has a “Special requests” field. Guests use it to mention an allergy or a high chair, for example. The message appears in the email to you and in the reservation in the admin area.
How do I share an event?
Every event has its own link. You copy it for social media or send it via WhatsApp. You can also send one or more events as a newsletter to your guests. A test email always goes to you first.
Can I take my guests over from my current system?
Yes, if your current system can export the guest list, also from Excel. From the CSV list we take over names, contact details and newsletter subscribers. No email is sent to your guests during the import.
Does Dayble fit my website?
Yes. Dayble runs under its own link, for example your-domain.com/reservations, and can be reached from any website with a button, including WordPress.
